What is spiritual healing?
Spiritual healing, for me, is finding who you are deep down and understanding why you feel the way you might currently feel, whether that be physically mentally or emotionally. Some call it finding your true self. When we work together, we work on initially understanding the root cause of why you may feel the way you are feeling. We speak about the cause and then understand how this cause is making you feel physically, mentally emotionally and then spiritually.
Many of our physical, mental and emotional ailments we suffer come from a root cause and blockages within our chakras. When our chakras become imbalanced or blocked this can create ailments aligned to that particular area of the body. This is also the case for many emotional and mental health issues. By unblocking or rebalancing the chakras we create that balance and allow the energy to flow fully down the chakra line, somewhat removing or lessening the ailment. As you see below from the diagram where the main chakras are and how they can affect us.

Who am I?
Hi there, my name is Dean Worrall, and I am a Spiritual healer, clairvoyant, clairsentient and claircognizant psychic medium, along with also being a numerologist, Reiki practitioner. I focus on distance healing, working with clients across the globe from countries such as the USA, Canada, Portugal, Finland. Gaza, Netherlands, South Africa and Australia as well as people here in the UK.
I have always been a very sensitive person, who thinks about things very deeply, with a strong ability to empathise with others. I always knew I had a gift from about the age of 15 but the need to understand my gift was peaked when I started to heal my son’s pains and ailments without understanding why and what I was doing, by hovering my hand over the pained area I could remove the pain almost immediately which was both a shock to the system and an amazing feeling at the same time.
A year or so later I had a spiritual awakening realising that I had a gift like no other and my journey into spirituality and healing started. I was attuned by my Reiki Master Katherine and ever since then I haven’t looked back. I have been told that my healing power is ‘out of this world’ and have received many amazing reviews. Spiritual guidance and Healing opens the mind, body and spirit, and I began to sense and feel a lot more around me. As time went on, my ability to intuitively pick up on other people’s blockages grew and grew.
I have always had an interest in spirituality and when I realised, I could connect to spirit, it awakened a passion within me that I had no choice but to follow. This has become who I am, and I have dedicated my time, building on my connection to spirit, learning how to work with them, to help others in the best possible way.
In my career thus far, I never had anything that satisfied me and I always I felt like I had to help others. Having struggled with my own Mental Health over the years I know now that I have been put in this place of helping others finally giving me the desire, passion and fulfilment I have always dreamed of. Spiritual guidance and healing can bring such peace and relief to those who are looking for a deeper reason and meaning to life. We can’t always see clearly, where we need to go or what is stopping us from moving forward, and this is where I feel spiritual guidance and healing really comes into its own.
I have a deep love for what I do, and I believe this work was meant for me all along. My experiences in life have left me with a deep compassion and care for people. I am fully insured and always strive to create a safe place for my clients. I am truly grateful to all those who have supported me, and my lessons in life, which continually help me to learn and grow.

I was admitted to hospital with pleurisy and pneumonia on 22nd dec for 7 days treatment. During this time Dean did distant healing regularly at different times of the day often after asking if I was in pain, he was able to localise the area affected so he could zone into the area for treating.
